If inspiration is all that matters for creative thinking, then Iam really not sure how well an inspiration it would turn out to be , when my office is bieng partially torn out for the sake of a make over! As a creative design house, the thunderous melody of the hammers banging the wall and the screachy chisseling sounds of the door paints being scratched off, unassuringly does not merely get the creative thoughts "out of the box", but infact throws it bang on ; on the clients boardroom table. Well....so much for inspiration. But thats just the way I, non-metaphorically wanted to introduce my company Insight to you readers. A creative design house for the Hyd market (as of now) but predominantly one of the top rural marketing agency of south India. Insight & Insight Connect are the two distinguished and quite farely respected divisions of our company.
Well, its always nice for every company to boast of something extraordinary of its achievements or milestones achieved in its field of business. The news becomes even more surprising if the milestone being talked about has been achieved by ; I wouldnt say small, but a rather modest set up company. From activation of marketing in rural markets of Andhra Pradesh, for one valued client (TATA MOTORS) 6 years ago, upto being honoured with an article space in "Brand Equity" of Economic Times, for the rural marketing initiative for TATA Motors again (TATA MAGIC).....it definitely has come a very long way and has literally build its brand haat by haat, village by village, taluka by taluka, mandal by mandal, panchayat by panchayat......Airtel by Airtel, TATA by TATA, Mahindra by Mahindra, Nokia by Nokia, Monsanto by Monsanto and ......well.......there's something called modesty!!
Rural markets are like the abundant waters of the ocean and countless grains of sand on the shore. Nobody has ever been able to capture water or sand tightly in their wrists. But Insight Connect's grip on these waters and sands of rural marketing in south India is so tight and strong that we hardly loose a drop or grain. The strength is in the domain knowledge, inovation in startegy and endearing efforts in activation, anywhere and everywhere. Iam proud to have begun assisting my boss; the C.E.O of the company, in this didvision too, other than being the Lead-Marketing & Strategy, for the creative division called Insight. Its a challenge and also a spectacular oppurtunity to work in an area of expertise which is a niche in the market and a highly growth potential platfiorm for any ambitious industry professional.
Flip the coin onto the other side and wallah.....the creative design division "Insight". Leading the marketing initiatives in the area of creative concept needs of clients, is definitley not a cake walk. So many companies and avenues as prospective clients out there, but then to create a niche idea and hatke concept to sell "us" - the brand - Insight, is definitley but a cake walk. My boss calls them as intangible targets when he talks about 3 lakhs business for the next month about 4 more retainer clients and also a few BTL activities if possible here and there to sprinkle on! But these intangibles convert into tangibles as magnified numerics on our pay checks. So is the story of every marketing bandha. Chalo koi gham nahi.......like they used to say in the olden days....bosses will be bosses and the rest will be resting! I dont know in which olden days this was said....but never mind!
Well, I guess so much for now, for Iam sure that my blog will be discovered hopefully by the next century by the bloggers.
